I have been dreaming in white...i dream of these boots...i dream of this peafowl necklace!
(i know you just clicked to buy it for me, but it's already sold...keep tryin!)
i dream of this zig zag hat
i dream of such bold vintage earrings.
i dream of this oatmeal drop stitch scarf...
i dream of such a coat!
i dream of cashmere white bjork (is it the hat or the name?!)
i dream of this adorable bedside owl bequeathing me the warmest of light by which to keep my nighttime vigils. (it may be approaching 3am as i write this).
i dream of these legwarmers
who doesn't dream of an LED jesus?
i dream of olden days wherein a lady never left the house without her hat and gloves.
i dream of this lovely cardigan house sweater
sigh.
perchance to dream...

Those leg warmers belong on me, if for no reason except that white is my black, and my knees are a bit chilly.
ReplyDeleteThe snow. Such a strange combination of elation and frustration, pristine beauty and the source of wet socks and soaked pant legs. It is ever so bizarre to live in some place this unprepared to deal with it, but also so magical to live some place that calls a mandatory snow-week.
I've already been making phone calls this morning, trying to find my new boots, so that once again, I can be a booty gal, stomping though the deep slush with a flip of my skirt and a flash of bright turquoise tights. Cheerio my friend, and a White Christmas to you as well!
i wish we had more snow. we might get a flurry today.
ReplyDeletethose vintage earring really ought to happen. and i think we can single handedly bring back the mandatory hat and glove!
